Where are you located?

What age children do you cater for?
We run the following programs:
- 4 to 12 year olds: Kenpo Dragons
- Teens/Adults, see our website for more information
What are your beginner Kenpo Dragons (4-12 year old) class times?
Our beginner classes are 45 minutes long. The class times commencing from the start of the school term are:
Monday 4.30pm
Tuesday 4.45pm
Wednesday 5.45pm (7 yrs +, family class)
Thursday 4.30pm
Saturday 8.30am (family class)
What do I wear and bring to my trial classes?
For these sessions, you just need to wear comfortable clothes (no shoes are worn on the mats) and bring a drink. Once you sign up for a membership you will get a FREE uniform.
What Martial Art do you teach?
We teach Kenpo Karate, which is focused on developing PRACTICAL SKILLS. Your child will learn BASICS, FORMS and SELF DEFENCE techniques in a FUN, FRIENDLY environment.
Do you have classes for teens/adults?
Yes! The class times for beginner teens/adults classes are:
Monday 6.00 - 7.00pm (Teens)
Tuesday 6.15 - 7.15pm (Teens)
Tuesday 7.15 - 8.15pm (Adults)
Wednesday 5.45 - 6.30pm (Teens/Adults)
Thursday 6.00 - 7.00pm (Teens)
Thursday 7.00 - 8.00pm (Adults)
Saturday 8.30- 9.15am (Teens/Adults - school terms only)
How large are the classes?
All of our classes (kids and adults) are limited to 20 students. We typically have 4-5 instructors in each session, allowing us to work with students in small groups.
What happens if I miss a class?
We understand life gets in the way sometimes - you are welcome to make up any missed classes at one of our other sessions in the week.
What do you wear to train and where can I get them?
We wear a black uniform (Gi) at our classes, and students receive a FREE uniform when they first join. The gi’s we use are great quality and will last for years, your child will literally outgrow their uniform before they wear it out!
